Beverly Ann Escalante, 59, of Yuma, died Dec. 8, 2012, at Palm View Rehabilitation and Care Center.
Born June 25, 1953, in Lawrence, Ma., she was a restaurant chef.
Mass will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in El Centro. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
