Charles was born on July 30, 1944, in Los Angeles, California. In 1965, he made Yuma, Arizona, his home, where he spent the next 61 years building a lifetime of memories, friendships, and meaningful relationships.
Charles was a hardworking and dedicated man who spent 35 years with PepsiCo, serving as Senior Manager of Operations. His commitment, leadership, and strong work ethic were evident throughout his career. Following his years at PepsiCo, Charles continued serving his community through his work as a salesman at Kia of Yuma for more than 10 years.
Outside of work, Charles found happiness in the simple pleasures of life. He had a deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Whether enjoying the peacefulness of nature or spending quality time surrounded by those he loved, Charles treasured the moments that made life meaningful.
What made Charles truly special was his unwavering love and dedication to his family. He was the kind of man who simply showed up. When someone needed help, encouragement, or just someone to be there, Charles was there. His love was shown through his actions, his willingness to help, and the comfort of knowing that his family could always count on him.
Charles shared 37 wonderful years of love, companionship, and cherished memories with his beloved spouse, Rebecca Duran. Together, they shared a life filled with experiences, family, and lasting memories.
Charles is survived by his beloved spouse, Rebecca Duran, and his children and their families:

Charles leaves behind a legacy far greater than the years he lived or the accomplishments he achieved. His greatest legacy is found in the lives of the people he loved, the family he stood beside, and the countless moments when he chose to be there for someone else.
His family will forever remember his presence, his generosity, his love for the outdoors, and the reassurance that no matter what life brought their way, Charles was someone they could depend on.
Though he will be deeply missed, his love will continue to be felt in every family gathering, every shared memory, and every act of kindness inspired by the example he set.
His greatest gift was not simply the life he lived, but the love he gave so freely to others.
Forever in our hearts, never forgotten, and always loved.
