I will never forget Colin’s orange VW. We called it the pumpkin. You could find that car anywhere. I loved to listen to him play his twelve string guitar. I hold many fond memories of Colin and his guitar. He had some rough times but he was determined to succeed in life. So happy to have had the chance to talk with him on the boat in Valdez. You will be missed but you will always be with me playing your guitar

When Terry and I were married Colin was my driver to the church. As we are driving I see the church just up ahead and then we pass it. I said, Colin where are we going. He laughs and says you are the bride you have the right to be late to your wedding and I really like the way this car drives. Rest in Peace Colin..
You will be greatly missed.

My Brother Colin had the nicest car's that set My taste in automobiles for My entire life.
Here's a list of the ones I remember !
1. 1955 Chevy painted caddy gold , 327 4 speed posi traction , in 1965 it was the fastest thing around
2. 1962 VW ( bug) that He traded the "55" for ! Painted pumpkin orange in 1967 was very rare ! Crager rims and custom interior ( the great Pumpkin)
3. 1971 Mustang mach 1 , brand new , 351 4 speed with every option .( My favorite for sure , I have owned 8 mustangs . Still have a COBRA ) He bought this car when He was in the Army.
4. VW bug white maybe 1970 and yes He traded in the Mustang ! ( Broke My heart ! ) LoL
5. MG miget green . 1968 I think . ( His college Car )
6. BMW 1970 green . Still in College Car
( Lost track of His cars for awhile)
7. Not sure of the make but I believe import pickup truck He had in AK that he drove for a long long time ! Like maybe the wheels fell off it .
8. Pickup Trucks ! Yep lots of those
9. Lincoln Continental 201? . Every option including wake your butt mode cause it's so easy to drive !
10. Corvette stingray ! 2018 (My least favorite ! Sorry Colin You made Me a mustang Guy at an early age ) .

On the final 2 automobiles very special to Me
11 . 1968 VW , Colin had this in college and it was very rusty . He gave it to Me when I turned 18 year's old . My 1st car and it changed My life completely . It Set Me free , I could drive to rehearsal with My band , it definitely aided in the biggest positive change in My life at the time . The birth of My daughter Rebecca .
12. 2003 Ford ranger . My family fell on some pretty tough times with health and work . Colin and His family helped Us in a time of need . I could go on and on about and not cover what it meant . Colin gave Me the truck with the intention of help and it got Us through . Love you Colin
