Damien Franklin Rojas Ortega entered this world unexpectedly on Sunday, January 15, 2012. While surrounded with love by family and friends, baby Damien took his last breath on Monday, January 16, 2012.
Damien is survived by his mother, Gina Leann Motter; father, Jose Rojas Ortega and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Paul Franklin Motter.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, January 23, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. Johnson Mortuary 1415 S First Ave. in Yuma AZ.
"Mommy and daddy please don't cry for me, I no longer feel pain, I have been set free. I know you miss me, but I could not stay. Please know that I am with you each and every day. I am hugging you both, when you hug each other. I am the smiles and laughter you give one another. I know you will be sad and that's okay, but I promise you will see me again someday. I wish I could be there with you, but it just couldn't be. I'll never forget mommy's kisses or daddy's arms around me. I will miss you dearly, but now it's my time to rest. Please always remember He only takes the best".
