Dorothy Gail Charles, 74, of Yuma, Arizona passed away Saturday, November 1, 2014, in Yuma.
An interior designer, she was born Jan. 4, 1940, in Dallas, Oregon. Dorothy is survived by her loving husband, Vernon G. Charles of the home. She was predeceased by her parents, James Oliver and Wilma Burton.
