Hugh was instrumental in the success of "Chuck's Wagon" for the Yuma Noon Lions Club. Our family was grateful that this project, a gift from the family of Chuck Thomas, promoted cooperation among Yuma area Lions clubs, and generated money that went back into the community. I salute you, Hugh!
