What can I say about my grandfather? So many memories and good times, I don't know where to begin. There are two memories that are my favorite to remember him. In the evenings, we would share a dessert, normally my Grandmother's famous 7-Up cake, on the porch after dinner, and we would look at the sky and he would teach me about the stars, how to decipher each one individually, and what each one meant. But not only did he teach me about the stars. If you knew my grandfather, you knew that he was always working on gadgets and computers, and every summer, ever since I was old enough to understand, I would be right there beside him learning about all the components used to build a computer. I remember when I was 16, we built our 1st computer together from start to finish.  Little did I know this would be the start and the foundation that would drive me into a career path to become a Computer Electronics Engineer, and to this day, when asked how I got the start in my career.  I always have to give my Grandfather His Flowers. Grandpa, I love you always and forever. You will never be forgotten, Arieal  (AKA) Ari

My dearest grandpa.. you will definitely be missed. The part you played, in my life, will never be forgotten. You taught me about computers and you saved me from having to eat Thanksgiving yams.. every.. single.. time lol. You were just the sweetest. I always loved to see you and my grandma because with you both, there was always joy, happiness and laughter surrounding you. I will never forget you or that great smile.

I remember meeting deacon grixby a soft spoken guy as a usher I would always help him n mother inside the church.  Even tho I didn't know him all that well I was blessed to get to know him for a short time even when I saw him on my volunteer days at the hospital even then. Rest easy deacon grixby abd thank u for serving our country. To mother grixby n family youll are n my thoughts n prayers love u ❤️

Jimmiel their is no other way to say goodbye but a thank you for all the great memories, smiles, dedication, friendship, and welcoming moments you gave to us. Thank you so much for accepting my family as yours. You will forever be in my thoughts and prayers.  Love Letty and the family.

Deacon Grixgby was a soft spoken kind man to me from the  very first time I met him at the Power House Church.  He always had a smile on his face and would always say God bless you. He will be missed, but he’s serving in God heavenly church now my condolences to Mom Grixgby and all of the Grixgby family, friends and relatives. ❤️
