Joseph Jay Hanson, 75 passed away on February 2, 2012 at his home in Yuma, Arizona. An Arizona resident for some 12
years, he was born in Tooele Utah on September 14, 1936 and had worked as an electronic engineer in the oil industry.
He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Joseph is survived by son, Michal J. Hanson of Yuma; Nicole Thompson, daughter, of Cut Bank, Montana, Kim Edwin, daughter of Rockville, Maryland and son, David Hanson.
Private cremation services were entrusted to Johnson Mortuary Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Yuma, Arizona.
