Joseph "Jojo" Anthony Lopez, 57, passed away on July 22nd, 2026. He was born February 11th, 1969 in Yuma, AZ, where he lived all his life. Graduated from Yuma High School. Jojo was a hard worker who was loving, caring and would do anything for his family and friends. Joseph was the type of guy who could make you laugh or put a smile on your face by just being himself.
Joseph's love for heavy metal music will always be a part of how he is remembered, especially Black Sabbath his favorite band, Although he is no longer with us, his love, laughter and the memories he created will live on forever in our hearts. He will be missed by all his family and friends.
He was a loving brother and uncle who leaves behind his sisters Patricia Herrick, Sharon (robert) Truillo, his twin Josie Lopez, Nancy Almodova, Melissa Lopez and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Eleanor Lopez.
Will be remembered with respect and gratitude by those who knew him, and his life will be honored in the hearts of all who mourn his passing.
Visitation will be held Friday, August 14th, 2026, from 11AM - 4PM at Johnson Mortuary 1415 S. 1st Ave.
