Kevin Alan King, 53, of Yuma died Feb. 28, 2012, in Yuma.
Born March 4, 1958, in Yuma, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a juvenile detention officer, as well as a teacher.
A memorial service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Francis of Assisi Church.
Private cremation arrangements were handled by Johnson Mortuary.
