"Jacky" Kong Foo Chen, 49, left his family on February 28th, 2011. He was born in Malaysia on June 13, 1961. Jacky immigrated to the United States in the 80's. Jacky was an excellent chef and carpenter.
Jacky is survived by his wife, Lili Lai-yoong; son, Eric; daughters, Steffi and Sandy; father, Yong; brothers, and sisters.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 5, 2011 at Johnson Mortuary Chapel. 1415 South 1st Ave., Yuma. Viewing will be held from 10am-noon and funeral service at noon.

Kong Foo Chen, 49, of Yuma, died Feb. 28, 2011, at his home.
He was born July 13, 1961, in Ipoh, Malaysia, and was a restaurant owner.
A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to noon, followed by the funeral service at noon, on Saturday, at Johnson Mortuary Chapel.
