Maria, Joe, Jesse and Families.

Your husband and father was an amazing person and I am fortunate to have had the chance to have known him. He taught each of you to be strong, loyal, independent and above all, loving. Take comfort in his legacy which surrounds you and know that it will never pass, as it lives on in you and yours forever.

Jesse, I am so deeply sorry to hear of the passing of your father. I know that the past several years have been challenging for you and your family, and that you handled those challenges with such grace and dignity speaks volumes about your character and how your father raised you to the man that you are today. I did not have the privilege of meeting your father, but I believe that I did meet him by knowing you all of these years. Your father's legacy is you and your brother, and he will live on through you. Rest assured that you do not grieve and weep alone, your many friends - far and wide - grieve and weep with you. Your dear mother, your brother, you and your entire family are in my prayers.
