Richard Earl De Young

Richard Earl De Young, 88, of Winterhaven, Calif., died March 10, 2011, at Yuma Regional Medical Center.

He was born Aug. 12, 1922, in Detroit, Mich., was a construction supervisor and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Johnson Mortuary is handling arrangements, including cremation.
