Richard Nathan Leigh Reichman was born December 7, 1997 in Yuma, Arizona to John and Monica Reichman. His friends knew him as Nathan and his family as Boo. Nathan was an incredibly smart young man who graduated from Gila Ridge High School a year before his peers. He also spent part of his high school career at Cibola High School, where many of his friends will be graduating this year. This past year he has been a student at Arizona Western College.
Nathan was a self-learner that was driven by his passions. Drawing, graphic design, animation and music played a huge part in his life. He was incredibly talented and gifted in these areas. Whether he was creating for a company, his friends, family or himself he took great pride in his work and always looked to improve. He continued to learn more and became more proficient through self-study, frequent practice and commitment.
Nathan loved his family deeply. From playing video games, sharing his love for his favorite animated characters with his little brother Johnny, or taking his sister Angelyna, to Starbucks, dance and Chick-fil-A. Nathan took great pride in being their older brother. On a less serious note, but very accurate, Nathan loved his Dr. Pepper… so much so that it was the theme of his 16th birthday and was even included in his senior pictures. Interestingly enough, Dr. Pepper's most recent slogan was "Always One of a Kind," and that was our boy!
Nathan is survived in death by his parents, John and Monica Reichman; his sister, Angelyna Reichman; his brother, John (Johnny) Reichman; his grandparents, Mary Steinhilber-Reichman, Richard Reichman, Kim Reichman, Joseph Nathan Sanchez and Annette Reyes Miller (Kevin); his great-grandparents Ramona Sanchez, Thelma Sharp (Jerry), and David Reyes (Gerania); his aunts and uncles, Tina McNaught (Dan), Brad Reichman (Jen), Steve Reichman (Danielle), Paul Reichman, Daniel Reichman, Felisha Yeager (Jason), Mark Stombaugh, Katrina Stombaugh, Emily Hoffman, Gracie Miller, Thomas Parker and 11 loving cousins.
