He was born October 17th, 1952 in Baltimore, Maryland to Harold and Ann Harden. As a young boy, he moved to Yuma along with his 5 older brothers Mike, Jim, Richard, Don, Frank and little sister Rosanne. A proud Kofa King, he enlisted in the United States Navy and served during the Vietnam War. He later went on to sing in a rock band and own Uppercuts Barber Shop here in Yuma. He was a great beach volleyball player and loved to fish.
He was overjoyed when he married the love of his life, Mary, and became a stepfather to Ariana. About a year later, Rob and Mary welcomed a daughter, Rebecca. Rob and Mary shared a lot of great friends and memories in Yuma and were very loved.
He was an incredibly kind and generous man with an amazing sense of humor and will forever be in the hearts of all who loved him.
A Funeral Service will be held at Johnson Mortuary on Tuesday, June 14th at 1 P.M.
