To My Daughter, The Burau Family, and Friends. I never had the priviledge or honor to meet this young man my loss I'm sure. However I'm sure he was a good man he married my daughter several months ago, and she spoke highly of him. Not knowing Scott puts me at a disadvantage of what to say or write. Therfore I will let my faith do my talking. May God bless each and everyone of you, and I'm sure the my good Lotrd has welcomed him home with open arm. Joy my little Princess please call anytime you need, and remember you are always welcome back home.

Psalm 23
King James

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

To all who had the privilage and honor to know and serve with Scott in our precious world and serve in the core with him.I had the honor of being in his life at a time when he was a young teen and introducing him to our Marine Core and shareing my life and stories of the core with him and his family.i remember that hot summer day talking to him and his family about what we stand for and as a band of brothers and how we take care of each other from young to old no matter what his eyes got wide and he said thats what I wanna be a Marine when I grow up with a wide smile.Scott became something bigger than himself he became one of the few the proud a Marine that served something other than himself our nation and our family lost a son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and we lost one of the few the proud our brother at arms a Marine.Well he served God,core, country, family and unit and now as it says in our song as we look on heavens scene the gates are guarded by the United States Marine, Semper fidelis.Scott you will never be forgotten brother you will always be near .may God bless and keep your family in his arms and in love and peace.

Scott these words will be hard to write, the loss we have endured sometimes doesnt feel real. I look outside my shop an expect to see your car, to see you walking by to say Hi. Serving with you was an honor. Even better having you as a friend, a brother was a priviledge. Still thinking long and hard how to put this. You will be missed, you will be in my thoughts. I pray that you Rest In Peace. Someday we will meet again, but until then Goodbye friend.
