Susana L. Lopez Palafox

Susana L Palafox, 79, passed away on March 30, 2014. She was born August 16, 1934 in El Rosario, Sinaloa.

Susana was a homemaker; she was a member of St Francis Catholic Church. She enjoyed singing, gardening and telling jokes. Her greatest love was her great grandchildren. Most people would remember her by her radiant smile that would bring joy to all.

Susana is survived by her daughter Maria P. Vasquez (husband Raul); granddaughter Vanessa Vasquez McCall (husband Peter McCall); grandson, Gabriel P. Vasquez (Anna Vidales) all of Yuma, AZ; great-grandchildren, Lincoln McCall, Solei McCall, Gabriel Vasquez Jr. and Zoe Vasquez. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Palafox, one brother and 5 sisters.

Viewing will be held at Johnson Mortuary on Thursday, April 3, 2014 from 5pm to 9pm. Service will begin at 7pm. Mass will be held at St Francis Catholic Church on Friday April 4, 2014 at 10:30am. Her final resting place will be at Desert lawn Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Peter W. McCall, Raul Vasquez, Gabriel P. Vasquez and Arturo Vasquez. Honorary Pallbearers are Lincoln Alejandro McCall and Gabriel Vasquez Jr. Arrangements under the direction of Johnson Mortuary & Desert Lawn Memorial Park, Yuma, AZ.
