

With profound sadness we share the passing of Teodoro Tapia Herrera, who departed from us at age 67. A devoted and cherished Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother & Son, he was loved by all who knew him.
He was native to Mexicali / Ejido Oviedo Mota Reacomodo, B.C. Mexico. With heavy hearts we will continue to honor his remarkable life & remember him in joyful moments.
He will be missed by his loving wife Maria Martinez de Tapia, whom he shared 50 years of his life, side-by-side, always looking forward to a better future together for themselves and their two sons and two daughters, who were his primary focus in life. His children were very proud of the caliber of the man of whom he was. A wholesome man and a hero to his immediate family.
He has left behind 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, and one on the way. He was very proud of them and he attended their baseball, softball, and soccer games, along with graduations, birthdays and holidays. He was the Grandfather of a Lifetime.
Teodoro Tapia Herrera is the oldest of 9 brothers and sisters, whom he always cared for and respected and was also loved by and cared for until his last moments in life. He was loved by his nephews and nieces whom he also cherished and all moments spent with them. A lot of beautiful memories were created which made the family whole.
He was raised around agricultural work since the age of 9. Always a hard worker and responsible with everything that surrounded him. A warrior on all aspects of his life. His father Santiago Tapia and mother Isabel Herrera de Tapia were very proud of him and raised him with respect and love. He was their pride and joy and always taught him about morals and integrity at a very young age. He is loved by both of his parents eternally.
