God speed to a wonderful man and dignified Toastmaster.  Feelin' incredibly blessed to have met Bill and so saddened by his passing.  Heaven gained another angel and a funny one too!  We will miss you!  My thoughts and prayers are with you Joanne and family.

Bill I will always remember the country road days of basketball at the optimist center. You always did get me with that fake. May the grace of God meet you with open arms as you deserve to be one of his great angels.

I met Bill through Toastmasters.  When I served as Area 2 Governor in 2012, the first person I thought of to serve as Toastmaster for our Speech contest was Bill.  He accepted and did a fantastic job!  He was a regular at our TM meetings at Cretin's and was always willing to help out.  His presence and assistance were a true blessing to me and his other TM friends.  Bill was always full of energy, hilarious, and a true pleasure to be around.  I will forever miss his presence, but will always remember him fondly - he was a fantastic human being.  Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Bill had such a zest for life, always full of energy and passion, and always caring and considerate towards his loved ones and friends. He always could find humor and fun in whatever he was doing, and never looked at limitations, but looked forward to trying something new. You were an inspiration to me "oldman", and I miss you bad, but I know we'll meet again in the future.

Bill was one of my bank customers, and I called him a good friend. I also worked with his daughter at one time. He was a good man, loved his family, and promoted business in Yuma.  We'll miss him, and pray for God's comfort of his family.  Nel (Younce)

Bill was an awesome friend and tremendous business partner.  We worked together over the years with "Earrings Plus" which later became the I Wear Sunglasses store.  Bill had a level of wisdom and knowledge that was quite rare. HIs great sense of humor still inspires me. I am stunned by the loss of his life, but am also assured of his strong faith and so I do look forward to seeing him again in the eternal Kingdom of God. My heart goes out for and my prayers are with both Joanne and Marie.
