I knew Billy from working at the Seaford Inn in Delaware, which he  owned and managed with his brother-in-law. He was a great guy. Everybody loved him. He really loved the ocean and sitting on the beach, and that’s where he would go to relax after a stressful day at the restaurant. I ‘ve often wondered where he settled down when he left Seaford. I’m glad to know he had a great life, though it was cut short.  My condolences to his family.

I have known Bill for about 30 years and in that time have always had respect for the character that he displayed as a person. He was kind and friendly and I always enjoyed talking with him as well as joking around with him as we would practice pool together. He was a very good friend and will be missed very much. Prayers for his wife Barb and family/friends! 

I knew Bill for about 12 years. He was always a nice and respectable man. I am saddened to hear of his passing. His character was exemplary.  I have many find memories and wish his wife and family great comfort and peace.
