William "Bill" Williams Jr., 85, died Oct. 30, 2012, at his Yuma home.
Born Sept. 17, 1927, in Meridian, Idaho, he was an administrator at Yuma Proving Ground and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Burley, Idaho. Johnson Mortuary is handling local arrangements.
