He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Adrienne Redman; 3 sons, Ashley Redman, Kevin (Jennifer) Redman, Jason (Kate) Redman; 2 brothers, Dr. Paul (Dyanna) Redman, Scott (Patti) Redman and 8 grandchildren.
He was born in Columbia, MO and was a resident of Columbia County, GA. He was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather. He really enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, Ace Redman, Hunter Redman, Sydney Redman, Zane Redman, Ashton Redman, Alayna Redman, Lauren Hudson and Chase Hudson. He was a Georgia Bulldog and Atlanta Braves fan. He was also an avid hunter, fisherman and enjoyed playing a good game of golf. He retired after 35 years of service as a Youth Activities Director at Fort Gordon and then Columbia County Recreation Department. He enjoyed teaching the kids to play several different sports.
He was an outstanding gentleman, who was loved by his family and friends. He shall be missed by all, but death is not the end, as he shall live on forever in the hearts of his family and loved ones. Earth’s loss is Heaven’s gain.
The family will receive friends at Elliott and Sons Funeral Home on Columbia Rd, Evans, GA Wednesday evening, February 10th from 5:00 to 7:00. In lieu of flowers, memorials, in his honor, may be made to the Columbia County Youth Sports Program.
