Gabriel Christopher Ortiz, age 36, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021. Gabriel was born July 25, 1984 in El Paso, Texas to Rachael Ortiz and Gabriel Pettengill Ortiz.

Gabriel is survived by daughter Amoree Juliet Phelps Ortiz; father Gabriel Pettengill Ortiz; mother Rachael Ortiz and amoree's mother Chelsea Phelps; brother Patrick Pettengill Ortiz and brother Matthew Pettengill Ortiz.

Visitation for Gabriel will be held Tuesday, February 16, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with Vigil Service at Martin Funeral Home, 128 North Resler Drive, El Paso, TX 79912. Funeral Mass will take place Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church, 1320 Mercantil Ave, La Union, New Mexico 88021.
