Phyllis was a hair stylist in Odessa, TX for 32 years, owning her own salon for 27 years. She was a bright, outgoing, woman of many talents. She dedicated much of her time to family and friends in chili cookoffs, and social gatherings through the American Legion Hall. She won the hearts of many, even in later years after moving to Kerrville, TX where she proudly joined Le Femmes through the Veterans for Foreign Wars (VFW) and volunteered her time there with many close friends. She was a social butterfly who never turned down a chance to spend time living in fun and laughter.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Edward Patton, son, Keith Edward Patton, and sister, Patsy Ruth (Lee) Everett, all of Odessa, TX. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia K Sylvester of Schertz, TX, grandson, Michael Blaine Bosenbury and wife, Sarah, and two great grandchildren, Jackson and Wesson Bosenbury of Rosenberg, TX, and grandchildren, Kayla and Garrett Patton of Odessa, TX.
In honor of her spirit and charisma, a celebration of life ceremony will be coordinated at a later date by family and friends.
