She was born February 2, 1959, in Warrensville, Ohio, to parents Edward and Mary Jane (Mercurio) Butram. Jacquelin worked as an administrative assistant and in customer service for Pella Windows and as an RFP specialist for Plansoft Inc. Her passion was as an interior decorator, party planner and chef. Jacquelin was renowned for her cooking and baking skills, and loved to coordinate gatherings for family and friends.
Jacquelin loved nature (especially trees and clouds), a good sentimental movie and playing board games. She loved all animals, but had a special place in her heart for her puppies and sea otters.
Jacquelin is survived by her beloved husband of 28 years Carlos Gomez, her brothers Glenn Butram, Tim Butram, Jim Butram, and her sister Jayne Butram, along with countless other friends and extended family.
Her wishes for cremation are being honored. Friends and family will be received Friday, March 5, 2021, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM, with a remembrance service beginning at 6:30 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna. All guests must wear a mask and practice social distancing. Final resting place will be Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg.
