Louise Pamela Brady (Blazik), 79, Toms River, passed away on March 17. She was born in Philadelphia and was a graduate of Bartram High School. She met her husband of 61 years, Francis “Frank” E. Brady Jr., on a playground in Philadelphia. At a time when women were seldom viewed as business leaders, Louise was the co-founder, along with her husband, and president of The Beachcomber Corporation, which opened its first salon in 1966.
She is survived by her son, Francis G Brady, and daughter, Megan Brady (Jim Monin) and two grandchildren, Jake and Maerose Monin. She is also survived by her sister Carol Pellegrino, her brothers- and sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Stella Blazik, her brother, Michael, and her husband’s parents, Francis “Hank” and Annie Brady, to whom she was a beloved daughter-in-law.
The family would like to thank the many relatives, friends, and neighbors who have offered support during this difficult time. No visitation. Funeral arrangements at the family’s convenience.
