David A. Ramos, 61, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away March 21, 2021. He was born in Fort Worth on June 27, 1959.
David graduated from Green B. Trimble Technical High School where he majored in auto body and later studied botany at the University of Texas at Arlington. David worked for the City of Fort Worth where he worked as a surveyor, in the water department and for the parks and recreation division. He has been a member of the Fort Worth Cactus & Succulent Society since the 1990's and had a great love for plants, cactus, snakes, reptiles, fishing and nature. David loved to be outdoors and enjoyed canoeing and long distance bicycling.
David is survived by his mother, Martina Ramos; brother, Victor Ramos, Jr. and wife Flora; sister, Jennifer Urbina; nieces, Marisol Hackman, Veronica Torres, and Vannessa Williams; nephew, Peter Urbina; aunt, Guadalupe Herrera; uncle, Jose Avila and aunt Cuca; and several cousins and friends.
