Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Foy E. Thompson Sr. and James Kincaid,
three daughters Linda Ruth Thompson, Carolyn Thomas and Marilyn Burelsmith and one son

Betty is survived by daughter Brenda Rackler (Gary) of Smyer, one son Buddy Thompson (Sarah) of Levelland, son-in-law’s Eddie Thomas of Smyer and Gary Burelsmith of Winters and one daughter-in-law Becky Thompson, grandchildren Bryan Thomas (Bridgett), Jessica Edwards (Micah), Marty Burelsmith (Kelly), Paige Baker (Lee), Foy Thompson III (Laura), Carla Thompson, Trevor Ercanbrack (Morgan), Danielle Thompson, Dillon Rackler (Elizabeth), Callie Nations (Daniel), Nicole Thompson, Jesse Kincaid (Lilliana), Joseph Espinosa and 21 great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Betty became an LVN and worked at Saint Mary’s Hospital for 24 years dedicating her life to nursing and caring for others. After retirement she enjoyed crocheting, traveling, fishing and enjoying her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Interim Hospice Care and Levelland Nursing Home for the wonderful and compassionate care of Betty.
