Jeanne was born on January 12, 1941 to the late Mathew and Jean (nee Strekal) Intihar in Cleveland, OH. She graduated from Platt R. Spencer High School in Geneva, OH, and attended Dyke College in Cleveland where she obtained a degree in business. She retired from the FirstEnergy Perry Nuclear Power Plant in 1995.
Jeanne enjoyed baking, cooking, arts and crafts, and fully enjoyed retirement. She moved from Ohio to Las Vegas, NV in 1998, then to Sun City Grand, AZ in 2004, and finally to Amarillo in 2019.
Beloved wife of David Lee Armstrong of 26 years; loving mother of Jackie (Scott) Stewart (Las Vegas, NV), Steven Zablotney (Strongsville, OH), Brian Longe (Amarillo), step-daughters Colleen Smith (FL), Hope Manning (OH), and Charity Armstrong (OH); loving grandmother of nine; and dear sister of Matthew (Cheryl) Intihar (FL).
