Growing up in Acton, Massachusetts, he attended McCarthy-Towne Elementary, R.J. Grey Junior High, and Acton-Boxborough Regional High School from which he graduated in 2000.
Throughout his youth, Chris played various sports including baseball, soccer, ice hockey, lacrosse, and cross country. He also played volleyball with his friends, which he considered one of his favorite and most fun activities.
Chris liked to cook and watch his favorite Boston and Memphis sports teams on television. He was a kind, fun-loving young man who made friends quickly wherever he went.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Victor and Irene Livingston of New Windsor, New York, and paternal grandparents Maj. Lawrence Parretti Sr., USMC, and Jeanne Parretti of Worcester, Massachusetts.
Chris is survived by his mother, Vicki Parretti of Cordova, and father, Nick (and Nancy Allen) Parretti Jr. of West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Chris will be greatly missed by his loving parents, Vicki and Nick, and his dog, Izzy. He will be forever remembered by his aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many great friends.
When you think of Chris, celebrate the good memories you have of him. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest.
