Sean Conner Langley, age 21, of Rockford, IL died unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. Sean was born October 21, 1999 in Huntington, West Virginia. Sean was a graduate of Harlem High School class of 2018. He worked at UPS, where he had many beloved friends. He was an avid PlayStation gamer and loved playing with groups of family and friends. He loved cooking, helping others and could not decide between becoming a Chef or a Psychologist. He will be missed by many.
He is predeceased in death by his grandmother, Sharon Langley; grandfather, Billy Oldham; great-grandparents, Harold and Lillian Smith; great-grandmother, Sadie Hansler. He is survived by his mother, Shelia (James) Vanderkolk; his father, Dean (Sue) Langley; his siblings, Ethan (Rene), Corey (Tianna) and Caelyn (Trinity) Langley, Madilyn Forster; step-siblings, Matt and Nadia Vanderkolk, Shae (Brandon) Watts, Thomas and Raymond Forster; his grandmother, Darlene Oldham; his grandfather, Roger Langley; grandmother, Donna Vanderkolk; many aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous beloved friends.
Funeral Service at 3 p.m. on Monday, April 5th at Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 N. Alpine Rd, Machesney Park. Visitation at 1 p.m. until time of service.
