Solomon Mathew of Charuvil, Manthuka, Pandalam was born on November 13, 1966 to the late Mr. C.K. Mathaikutty and the late Mrs. Mary Mathaikutty. After his schooling in Kerala, he graduated with his bachelors in pharmacy from Bangalore. In 1994, he got married to Annie Mathew (Pathisseril, Anandapally, Adoor) and migrated to New York.
As a young immigrant, he found success in the start up of multiple pharmacies. In 2004, Solomon and his family relocated to Florida and by the grace of God, continued on his fruitful entrepreneurship. He lived by the motto “if you’re willing to work, nothing is impossible.” No job was ever considered beneath him because he would do everything with his whole heart.
Solomon Mathew was a devoted husband, a great father, a favorite uncle, and a brother to all in the community. He could easily adapt and relate to all ages of people around him. He was a man who started and ended his day by praying and reading the Word of God. His unfailing work ethics, his generous smile, and his willingness to help anyone he came across are the hallmarks of his personality.
His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone he interacted with as well as those he influenced but never met. Solomon is survived by his wife, Annie; his children, Hannah, Rachel, Nissi, and a recent addition Tommy (his puppy); his sisters, Shirly and Sheela; and nephews and nieces.
“With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26 KJV
