He was a very kind man, and a great Dad. I was Jimmy’s teacher his senior year in Coppell High School while he was dealing with illness. The family was so kind to me, and James was a terrific father taking care of his son. I so appreciated their kindnesses when I was in their home.

I spent about 10 years driving to DC with Jim in the Van Pool. I just found out he’s passed away. Prayers to the entire family. Jim was one of the most friendly and kindest persons I have ever met.  RIP my friend. 

Jim, we spent hours in your office discussing the complexities of our mission.  Your perspective shaped my view of the problem space.  I am sorry you have gone to a new place where I cannot seek your wisdom and guidance.  Your impact to the Nation is significant.

Our high school "garage band" will sorely miss our front man, lead singer extraordinaire  and bass player, Jimmy.  I will always remember the fun we had playing either in the garage or downstairs in the finished basement of the Alfredo house in Sharpsville.

My brother, Larry, and I send our heartfelt condolences to all of my best friend in Sharpsville High School Jimmy's family.
