Chuck was born on October 25, 1949 to Charles E. Hogan and Catherine R. Hogan.
A longtime Yonkers resident, Chuck graduated from Saunders High School and immediately joined the NYPD. On December 13, 1975 he married the love of his life, Robin Ann Lenci and together they raised 3 beautiful daughters. After retiring from the NYPD, he started his second career as Supervisor of Security & Ground Transportation at Liberty Lines, until his retirement in 2018.
Chuck is known for his larger than life, colorful personality and witty sense of humor. He has impacted so many lives in his 71 years. In his early years, he was a thrill seeker. He enjoyed scuba diving, skydiving, flying private planes and riding his motorcycle. In recent years, Chuck took great pride in his home and family. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, family vacations and spending time with his family and grandbabies. Chuck is known for being the life of the party and made everyone around him feel like a part of the family.
Chuck's legacy is carried on by his wife of 45 years, Robin Lenci Hogan, his mother, Catherine R. Hogan, and his 3 daughters, Kimberly (Mickey), Tiffany (Michael) and Jolene (Christopher). He also leaves behind his 8 grandchildren, Kayla, Eve, Daniel and Mia Millo, Ella and Joseph Zetts and Michael and Sienna Olijarczyk.
Visiting hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Sunday
3-7pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Anthony’s Church on Monday April 12th at 11am. Final disposition is private.
