Goran C. "John" Johnson, age 94, passed away Friday, April 16, 2021 in Royal Oak. He was born August 20, 1926 in Sesser, Illinois.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Eloise; granddaughters Kelly (Andrew) Strobl and Lauren (Dan) Hermann; 15 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by his daughter Cheryl Sturtz and granddaughter Jennifer Sturtz.

A Memorial Service will be held 11 am Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Royal Oak Church, 411 E. Eleven Mile Rd, Royal Oak, Mi. 48067.

Arrangements are being handled by the Edward Swanson & Son Funeral Home; 30351 Dequindre Rd; Madison Heights, MI. 48071
