Vincent “Bigg Vee” Garcia-Muzquiz, 33, of the Westside of Kansas City, MO, passed away on April 15, 2021 at North Kansas City Hospital. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 23 at Sacred Heart/Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. at the church. Bigg Vee was born on July 14, 1987 in Kansas City, MO to Heriberto Muzquiz, III and Rosie Garcia-Muzquiz. He worked at Central Exchange as a food prep cook before COVID closed it down. He was also a rapper and recording artist for Hardkore, Ent.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mary Grace "Mom" Garcia.
He is survived by his daughter, Liliana Marie Muzquiz, and her mother, Ana-Alicia Casteneda, of Kansas City, KS; his mother, Rosie Garcia-Muzquiz; his father, Heriberto Muzquiz, III; his stepmother, Yvonne Muzquiz; his Grandfather, Michael James Garcia, Sr.; his grandmother, Alice Gandara-Muzquiz; his grandfather, Herbert (Lucy) Muzquiz; four brothers, Heriberto Muzquiz, IV, Gabriel Cochran, Cyan Lee Evans, and Christopher Lee Evans, Jr.; three sisters, Marisela Murillo, Jacqueline Muzquiz, and KarLee Rose Maria Grace Garcia; his aunt, Maria D. Garcia; his uncles, Vincent M. Muzquiz, Michael James Garcia, Jr., Christopher M. Garcia, Sr., John Paul Garcia, Sr.; many other close relatives and hundreds of friends.
Vincent was close to all 23 his Garcia cousins, Jacquelyn Garcia and him were together no matter what. She supported him and challenged him as well. She was the female version of him. Michael James and Julian James Garcia, Sr. were his best friends. They also shared everything and so many laughs. They also had an inseparable bond.
His Nina Angela Pecina and Nino Richard S. Estrada, Christopher Lee Evans, Sr. were very special to him.
The pallbearers are his brothers, Phillip "Filthy Phil" Rivera, Austin Rivera, Manuel "Bubber" Medina, Eric Middleton, Justin "Feezi Cash" Ervin, Bryan Crowe, Michael James Garcia, Julian James Garcia, Sr. Honorary pallbearers, Luis "Tito" López, Omar López, Michael James Garcia, Sr., Christopher "Dewey" Garcia, John Paul Garcia.
