Born in the Bronx, NY, daughter of Gabriel and Lena DiGennaro. She was employed at American Express and worked as a Manager, Direct Marketing Excellence.
She is survived by her spouse Jan Ramakers. She will be remembered as a loving, open minded and friendly person. Her love for all the animals that we had in and around the house. Therefore it was her wish to not spend money on flowers, but make a donation to an animal shelter, and/or North Shore Animal League, Humane Society, or other related associations that take care for those little creatures who cannot care for themselves.
Family and friends are invited to visitation on Saturday, May 1st, 1 – 4pm at Spadaccino & Leo P. Gallagher Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, CT.
As an addition to the specific instruction from Terry about her memorial, wake and cremation, she also did let me know that she did want to have an afternoon party with food and drinks, so that we, friends and family could honor her life and what a beautiful person she was. So, to take care of that, I would like to invite you to the house after the ceremony to do that. The address is 18 Deerfield Lane, Monroe, CT 06468.
