Gary Charles Comstock was born in Binghamton, New York, on May 25th 1940 to Genevieve Hubble Orr of Endicott N.Y and Benn Charles Comstock of West Albany, N.Y. He lived with his parents and younger brother Robert “Bob” in Endicott until his father moved the family to Arlington, Virginia for work in 1954.
