She had a servent’s heart and would make sure you knew you were loved by her sweet embrace and whisper in your ear “Te querion mucho”. She was a faithful servant of God and prayed for her family daily. She enjoyed her husband, Primo, reading to her from the book of Psalms.
Evangelina is survived by her daughters Cecilia Gonazalez; Laredo, TX, Raquel (Douglas) Belville Davenport, IA, Rosie (Jim) Davis; Midlothian, TX, and Evangelina (Delfino) Aguilar; Muscatine, IA; 26 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Primo; her parents; daughters Anna Garcia and Pascuala Martinez; her son Primitivo Martinez; granddaughter Evangelina Gutierrez; and 4 siblings.
