Jo-Ann Ashley, 93, passed away May 1, 2021 after a brief illness. Jo-Ann was born March 19, 1928 in

Birmingham, AL to the late Cynthia Ann and Charles W. Holt.

Jo-Ann is survived by her children, Laura Crouch (George Allan) of Helotes, TX, Steven Ashley (Sherry) of

Spring; grandchildren, Christopher Crouch, Leigh Ann Grant, Melissa Villines, Tegan Ashley, Jenna Ashley

and 8 great grandchildren who loved her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ransom Leon Ashley and brother, Charles W. Holt Jr.

Visitation will be Friday, May 7, 2021 from 9-10 AM at Rosewood Funeral Chapel with a funeral service to

follow at 10 AM with Christopher Crouch officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Memory Gardens

Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
