Mary Frances Bailey, 85 of Lawrenceburg, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 3, 2021. She was born in Woodville, Alabama to the late Willie Lee Maples and Sarah Evelyn Bates. She enjoyed family gatherings, travel and her dogs. She was an avid Tunica goer. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years: Herman Howard Guthrie; daughter: Debra Kay Judkins; sons: William Howard Guthrie and Gary Wayne Guthrie; and husband of 4 years, Orlen Methvin.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of 9 years: Oscar Bailey; daughters: Rita (Wendell) Donald, Mary (John) Moreno, Nancy (Ben) Wooten; sons: Billy Taylor, Tommy (Marlene) Guthrie, Dwight (Donna) Guthrie, Charles (Susan) Guthrie; grandchildren; Angela Green, Gary (Tiffany) Judkins, Adam (Kati) Judkins, Brandon Benson, Chuck (Trish) Donald, Sarah (Chris) Elkins, Ashley Wolfe, Amber Zelaya, Kim Forkume, Stacey Guthrie, Joe (Ginger) Guthrie, Steven Guthrie, Justin Guthrie, MacKenzie McKaskle; great-grandchildren: 21 plus; step-children: William Bailey, Barbara Johnson, Dena Whitney; step-grandson; Hunter Whitney.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home located at 660 Thompson Lane in Nashville. Additional visitation will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2021 from 11:00AM until 2:00PM. A Celebration of Life will begin at 2:00PM in Dignity Hall with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
