Annie Mae Gray

She graduated from Jamestown High School. She was employed by Silver Knit Hosiery Mill where she worked her entire adult career as a knitter and sock turner. She attended Deep River Friends Meeting in her youth where she sang in the choir.

Annie is survived by her sons, William E. Loflin (Janet), Jerry W. Loflin, stepson Orville J. Gray, Jr. (Diana), grandchildren; Eric Loflin (Jessica), Travis (Christine); step grandchildren, Orville J. Gray, III and Brooke Gray, and sister, Mary Frances Gray. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, William Wesley Gordon, Jr. and John Arthur Gordon and husband Orville J. Gray, Sr.

A graveside service will be held at Deep River Friends Meeting Cemetery, 5300 W Wendover Ave, High Point, NC 27265 on Friday, May 7, 2021 at 11:00 am with Rev. Donnie Phillips, officiating.

In addition to flowers, memorials may be made to Authoracare Hospice at 2500 Summit Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27405.
