Gabrielle Celeste Mazzola

Gabrielle Celeste Mazzola, 69, died peacefully on June 11, 2021, in Harwich, MA. She is survived by her two sons, who she was very proud of, James G. Bennas, III (Jesse), of Carbondale, Colorado and Julian J. Mazzola of Pawtucket, Rhode Island. She is also survived by her three grandchildren, James, Ella and Lucy Bennas; her sisters Dianne Newton of Harwich and Rosanna Gleixner of Center Moriches, NY; and her brothers Thomas Terrio of Newton MA, and Timothy Terrio of Framingham, MA.

Gabrielle had a budding career in modeling before she entered U.Mass Amherst, where she met her first husband, Dr. James G. Bennas, II.

She was a fabulous cook and hostess that loved to laugh and party!! She took delight in entertaining her extended family for countless holidays filled with mirth and merriment! She ran a small, private daycare center in her home in Natick for many successful years. And, finally, she was able to fulfill a lifelong dream and move to Cape Cod with her second husband, Dean Mazzola. She loved the ocean and took delight in walking or riding her bike to her beach on Louis Bay.
