Daniel R. Bahr, 80, of the Pine Lake Park section of Manchester, NJ, passed away on Sunday July 4th, 2021, at his home with his loving family. Born in Jersey City, Dan lived in Jackson before moving to Toms River in 1998. He was a veteran of the United State Air Force Marine and had worked for 50 years as a carpenter for the Local 2250 in Red Bank, NJ. Dan was a baseball player who had played for the Dodgers and enjoyed woodworking. What Dan enjoyed the most was spending time with his family, furry and unfurry.
Dan is survived by his wife of 29 years, Deane Bahr, his daughters; Doreen Bahr of Jackson and Ginny Bahr of San Rafael, CA, his sons; Peter Fazzaro of Jackson, NJ and Scott Fazzaro of Jackson, NJ; his brothers and sisters; Ace and Barbara Provini and family of Murrells Inlet, SC, Gerry Moncor of Seaside, NJ, Joe Provini of Hazlet, NJ, Linda Grimm and family of Lancaster, PA and Donna Dorsey and family of Bound Brook, NJ; his granddaughters; Ashly, Amber, Danialle, Deanna, Rebecca Lynn, Gia and Shaylyn and his sister in law Joanne Parker and her husband Jim of Florida and his brothers in law Gregg Masterson of New Jersey and Jimmy Masterson of New Jersey.
Family and friends are invited to the visitation on Thursday July 8, 2021 from 10:30am to 12 pm, at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759. Interment will be private.
