Zavia was the daughter of Joshua Wagner and Samantha Cox.
She is survived by three siblings, Laedon, Riker, and Genivieve.
Her life was a brief gift to all those she leaves behind, as her beautiful, big blue eyes lit up every room. She was a true little warrior and a fighter. She loved her soft blankets; her pink bee blanket was her favorite. She loved tubbies and her unicorn Wubbanub. Zavia had affectionately been given many nicknames- Baby Z, Nugget, and Our Little Honey. She loved watching big brother Laedon’s video games, snuggles on her brother Roo, and resting on big sister Viv. She watched the world around her with great wonder and felt the love and joy that she brought to her family.
Zavia could brighten any cloudy day. She had a sweet smile, and a sassy side eye. A true Daddy’s Girl from the start, Zavia loved wearing Dad’s sunglasses and seemed to know exactly when he would come home from work, waiting for those cuddles before bedtime.
Zavia gave us a lifetime of love during her short time on earth.
In addition to her parents and siblings, Zavia is survived by Aunts and Uncles: Victoria Wagner, Elizabeth and Seth Shepherd, Megan Cox, Chris Stewart, and Aunty Theresa.
She leaves behind loving grandparents: “Grammy” Rose Wagner, “Yaya” Wendy Cox Willis and Uncle Rob, and “Papa” Howard Cox and Auntie Jen; Godparents Colleen and Connor; and many other loving family members and friends.
We were so blessed to have Zavia in our lives, she left a profound impact and a true understanding of unconditional love. She will always be our baby girl and we will forever hold her in our hearts until we are able to hold her in our arms again.
Zavia is welcomed to heaven by paternal grandfather David Wagner and great-grandmother Lotus Marcus Bradlau, and maternal grandparents Doreen and Arthur Willis, Uncle Rick Townsend, William Cox, Jim Cox, and Uncle Ed Stewart.
“There is no footprint too small that it cannot leave an imprint on this world.”
