Mrs. Kopriva passed away Sunday, January 22, 2012 at her home in Temple.
Christine was born September 11, 1923 in Belton, Texas to John Thomas and Minnie Lee (Davenport) Moore.
She married Daniel E. Borak on March 11, 1946 and lived on the ranch in Bremond managing the family business as a bookkeeper until she moved to the Temple area in1999. Mr. Borak preceded her in death on March 16, 1989. Christine married Walter Kopriva on November 18, 1995 in Rosebud. She was a member of the Polka Lovers Klub of America for over twenty years.
She was preceded in death by her first husband; a son, Ronald Edward Borak on January 18, 1988; two brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include her husband, Walter L. Kopriva of Temple, two sons, Jeff Kopriva of Leander and Walter Kopriva, Jr. and his wife, DeeAnn, of Lubbock; a daughter, Denise Kopriva of Lubbock; a sister, Margie Lee Barnhart of Lane, TX; two grandchildren, Abbye Kopriva of Bossier City, Louisiana and Zachary Kopriva, of Lubbock.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 pm Wednesday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Temple.
