Revae Scard (89) of Attica died at 10:23 P.M. Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at Mercy Hospital of Tiffin. She was born June 18, 1922 in Seneca County to the late Theodore B. and Jeannette (Slingwine) Willman. Mrs. Scard was married October 15, 1941 to James A. Scard whom preceded her in death in 2008.
Mrs. Scard was employed at Midwest Industries for over 25 years. She was a member of Our Lady of Hope and formerly of the Altar Rosary Society. Mrs. Scard was an avid book reader, enjoyed camping, watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren at horse shows, gardening and loved spending time with her family at family gatherings.
Mrs. Scard is survived by 2 daughters: Sandra (Charles) Stockmaster of New Washington, and Barbara (Jeff) Featheringill of Attica, 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and sister: Marcella Chilcote of FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister: Geraldine Bishop and brother: Delbert Willman.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. Monday, April 16, 2012 at our Lady of Hope Catholic Church in Attica with Rev. Paul A. Fahrbach officiating. Burial to follow at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8 Sunday at the Lindsey-Foos-Kocher Funeral Home, 295 W. Tiffin Street, Attica with a rosary service being conducted at 1:30 P.M.
