Nicolas Fernandez was an active faithful ordained minister of the Jehovah’s Witness Org. Nick dedicated his entire adult life in serving his community by working as a regular pioneer for 32 years preaching the word of Jehovah Gods’ Kingdom. Nick was a retired B.I.S.D. Educator who dedicated 32 years of teaching our young community. Nick Fernandez also was a golf coach enthusiastic.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Genoveva Fernandez; brothers and sisters, Jose, Flavio, Roberto, Esteban, Manuel and Maria Oralia Fernandez de Valdez.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Fernandez; nephews, Reynaldo Campos, Jr., Ever Fernandez, Alejandro Gonzales; nieces, Sara Duarte, Myrna Gonzales; various other nieces and nephews.
A Gathering will be held from 5 pm to 8pm with a Discourse at 6pm on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at the Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom’s Hall located on 1946 Port Isabel Road, Brownsville, Texas.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 30, 2012 with visitation from 8 am – 12 pm and a Chapel service to begin at 12 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista. Interment will follow immediately at Buena Vista Burial Park.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Reynaldo Campos, Reynaldo Campos, Jr., Gregorio Duarte, Jr., Ever Fernandez, Alejandro Gonzales, and Juan Carlos Del Angel.
