Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late William H. and Harriet (Sullivan) Curry, she was a longtime resident of Fairhaven.
She had worked at the Acushnet Company for many years until her retirement in 1976.
Mary enjoyed watching game shows, playing Bingo and spending time with her loving family.
Survivors include her daughter, June A. Stykowski of Fairhaven; five grandchildren, Michael L. Pedro, Jr., Kimberly Pedro, Keri Parker, Kathleen Stykowski and Krystina Stykowski; eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and her best friend, Shirley Arruda. She was the sister of the late James Curry.
Her Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 18, 2012 at 10am in St. Joseph’s Church, 74 Spring St., Fairhaven. Visitation will be held prior to her mass from 8:30-9:30am in the Waring-Sullivan Home of Memorial Tribute at Fairlawn, 180 Washington St., Fairhaven.
