Angeline Bedard
It is with the saddest of hearts the Bedard family announces the passing of their beloved mother, gran, and great grandmother, Angeline Bedard. With her family by her side we said good bye on November 22, 2012 at Pinecrest Nursing Home.
She will be sadly missed and cherished by all her children: Yvonne (Orval), Anita (Rich), Geraldine (Ed), Maurice (Lesley), Simone (Palmer), Marina (Richard) and her grandchildren: Jacqueline, Terry (Sheila), Leo (Cathy), Clayton (Suzanne), Tonya (James), Bayley (Arcade),
Adam (Alicia), Jean-Guy (Tonia), Justin, David (Christi), and great grandchildren: Rebecca, Bowen, Colton, Logan, Jack, Hannah, Mathew, Madison, Eastyn, Tavish, James, Sam and Riley.
Missing her as well are her sisters Agathe, Odile, Gisele and Berthe and all other family members and friends whose lives she touched.
Angeline was predeceased by her son Leo, parents Remi and Josephine Magnan, and brothers: Marius, Zephirin, Edouard, Gerard, Gonzague and Joseph.
The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the nurses and staff at Pinecrest Nursing Home for all their dedicated and compassionate care.
In keeping with mom's wishes, there will be no service or funeral. Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Pinecrest Nursing Home would be greatly appreciated by Angeline's family in her memory.
Her greatest loves were her children, grand and great grand children. She treasured each and every moment with them and was so proud of all of them. She will be missed and lovingly remembered.
"Mommy, sweet Mommy"
It pained us to see you suffer on high dose pain meds
Still suffering
Your indomitable spirit keeping you strong.
We would love to have you here
reveling in your love for us;
And yet, if you were doomed to suffer
Our strongest wish was that you be at peace
and pain free.
We thank whatever gods may be for your
unconquerable soul.
In the black pit of circumstances you never winced
or cried aloud
Your head may have been bloody, but unbowed.
You were the master of your fate
And the captain of your soul.
"Farewell, we love you forever and ever"
